For work, I was recently sent to London. I have an excellent job where I am actually a reviewer on hotels. Basically, I am sent all over the world and I review hotels, rate them from one to five stars and publish them in magazines and books. Although I do love my job, it means that I am constantly away from home and that I have to eat anything, wherever, whenever and I am honestly quite jetlagged most of the time. Staying fit is a struggle, adjusting through time and daylight savings is terrible considering I could fly to three countries in a week.

This time, when I was in England and stayed at the hotels in London, I had just come back from Peru. I had been in Peru for about two months and was staying in London for six weeks and then travel to the rest of the United Kingdom over a period of six months.
